If Luongo ends up with a top team like Philly I would definitely pick him, but if he ends up in Toronto then I would lean towards Halak.

I prefer Luongo, doesn't matter where he ends up as the team he lands on will give him the number one job, and thus he should get a lot more games than Halak who will continue to time share with Elliott.

Halak. No doubt he's #1...and while he still may not play as many games (when Lou finally reclaims a #1 job...he'll still match the points.
