I was offered this deal which I will decline, its a little overpayment for Staal I think. But I would like to acquire him if possible. Is Backstrom for Staal straight up a good deal for me?

Im leaning towards offering Backstrom/Purcell/Giordano for Staal/Clowe/Hamilton primarily to improve Peripherals, especially PIM and SOG. Will this cost me in the points production? Is it a reasonable deal?
