Any news for Tyson Barrie? He has been a scratch for a few games...

How about Cory Conacher? He's been heating it up, I'd be surprised to see him get sent down.

I dealt him for Clarkson (in need of PIM and Hits) so it would be hilarious if he got sent down. Hilarious for me. For the other guy gambling on the rook, not so much.

I'm not gonna lie I'd probably do that. At least with Kostka. He does look very solid. He's getting 25 minutes a night and playing with Phaneuf. And he's got pretty good size. I wish I had grabbed him in the NAFL but I was like an hour or so too late. He was actually available when I decided to grab him but I wasn't sure if he was available since I couldn't check the spreadsheet on my phone

Maybe give Gally more time just to be sure.

The only way i see Conacher being sent down is if he goes ice cold for like 5-6 games. As long as he is producing and playing well I think he sticks for the season. He doesnt really have much left to prove at the AHL level.

People are misinterpreting the purpose of the thread, or at least the way it was written initially. This is for JUNIOR AGE PLAYERS. Guys who can go to the AHL can be shuttled up and down all season. The ones who would go back to the CHL are the ones to watch because if they get cut it's game over for their production this year.

Kostka, Tarasenko... irrelevant in this thread.

I know that but the point is that Conacher could be sent down tomorrow and called up next week. So how do we determine if they are staying in the NHL for the long haul?
