Both Brodin and Philip Larsen are available on the WW. Whitney's early returns are not what I hoped for, and J.Schultz is not going to give him a chance for better ice time. Thus, I'm looking to these kids for help this year as well as long-term. Which one of these two would you take? League stats etc are below

I'd pick them both up! Whitney, Salo or Barrie are guys I would move to acquire Larsen and Brodin. This is all about the future and in a full keeper that's big. Both Larsen and Brodin have star quality written all over them. No guearentees, but look no further than where they were drafted! Expectations are high. Whitney is, well Whitney, Salo is an injury ready to happen and Barrie does not have the pedigree of either of these guys. If your building and not in contention then build.

Thanks. The problem (if you can call it that) is that I am in contention this year, especially if I can increase my production on D. I agree Salo is a Band-Aid Boy extraordinaire but will take his stats until that happens. Whitney however already appears to be done, so I'm looking for the best guy of these two to plug in there.
Also, this is Philip Larsen, drafted 5th round. Barrie was a 3rd rounder and in my view has the better pedigree given his proven offensive abilities in junior and superior AHL stats at the same age. Agree that Brodin leads the way on pedigree though.

Whoops, my bad. I was thinking Adam Larrson! However, this makes things easier perhaps. Brodin!
