I have watched a portion of every Caps game thus far, and have not been very inspired by any of their performances to say the least. I am genuinely worried about the teams offensive potential this season, and subsequently John Carlson's fantasy production. I have a couple extra D men on my roster so I could drop him for a forward or swap with a defenseman. Or do I stand pat?

I watched that game today too. That giveaway he had (I think it led to Ennis' goal) was one of the worst I've seen. Your D is very deep and you could probably take a gamble and ditch him. I'm sure with only protecting 5...he'd not even be close right?

He certianly hasn't produced so far and you may as well take a chance on one of those forwards.

I was going to say no, but with the options available you would probably be better off by dropping him. If you want a replacement D, Wideman is a good option and better than Carlson for the year. If you want a forward I like Parenteau followed by Zajac.
