Default Easiest/Quickest Way to post a roster

Sorry didnt know where to put this.

Sometimes we need to post a roster or 2 in the league classifieds(example).
Ofcourse when you copy and paste in from Yahoo(yes done from roster section too) or Fantrax you get all that extra junk beside the players name.

Am i missing something or somewhere i can go to eliminate that extra stuff b4 pasting?

You can always past it into Excel (or some other spreadsheet) and it should separate the columns out. Then you just copy and paste the info from the first column (or whichever column has the names in it).

that's what I often do...and to add to that, what makes it easiest I find is to first copy paste into the main sheet of Excel then copy the columns you want from these and go to a new worksheet and then choose 'Paste Special' and choose 'Values' and it will just paste in the raw data, without all the formatting and junk from Yahoo
