What a fun game. It's always great watching them beat PHO, which hardly happened in the past couple seasons. They battled and good lord is Marleau looking like a different player. He's showing more emotion and more importantly he's scoring like none other. He looks like he's playing with a chip on his shoulder and I'm loving it. I've been a big advocate of trading him and now it's hard to say that.

I'm thinking this is the best shot the Sharks have ( I know I say this every year). Here's why, The season is only 48 games, so once playoff starts, the guys won't realize it and they'll play like it's the regular season and still dominate. Right? Take it to the bank people. Sharks are gonna pull it off finally because they won't know better that it's time to tank.

In all seriousness, they got behind in the third and just came on and fought for the win and it was an absolute pleasure to watch.

I have marleau and he has always been good but this year it seems like that line with pavelski is taking the next step. Great to see!! I think that chip as u said is there bc someone ranked in him this summer. Wasnt it roenick or somethig that wrote in his book or blog that the guy just has no heart and he wished that marleau had his heart and he had marleaus skill.

Probably showing that it isn't true lets hope it continues.
