The Phillies agreed to sign Young to a one-year deal, worth $750K. Young could earn up to $3.25 MM in performance bonuses.
Really solid deal, cheap pop in the Phillies lineup.

I.........don't get understand. Sure it's a cheap deal, but the guy is constantly out of shape, can't throw worth a damn, can't field worth a damn, never walks and can't DH in the NL.
Have fun with that every day right fielder, Phillies :|
