I don't think you should be valuing MDZ based on last season's totals... if you think he's only 41 points good, then the answer is easy. You are betting on growth.

You make a good point....however....there's just something about the Rangers that is off. They add all star forwards like this is EA Sports 2013 NHL, but there just seems to be something off with the team. And for that reason, I don't like MDZ as much as before.
