I take the Nickleback part back. Black Keys have probably usurped them and I actually like the Black Keys. Exhibit A...

I LOVE LP... been to 3 of their concerts - fantastic live band, although I think they've fallen off with their last album, and Chester has lost his power.

My absolute favourite album though is their collaboration with Jay-Z.

This really is a good thing. Those of us who regularly haunt the music threads tend to post the same bands and even the same songs over and over. I'm probably the most guilty of that sin. We need think of some of the bands and solo artists who gotten overlooked. Hell even whole styles of music that been overlooked.

Nice... Living Things definitely wasn't the start to finish masterpiece their albums typically are but there was enough quality stuff to hold my attention.

For instance, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=co4YpHTqmfQ this was awesome. The Chester parts remind of vintage AFI.

I can think of one, maybe two, occasions over the last couple of years of FNMTs where these guys were posted. I may be in the minority but I really dig me some Offspring...

Agreed, Lost in the echo was one of the few tracks I really dug from that album.

Now that I think about it, I think they've been on the downward trajectory since Meteora... but they've got so many classics that their concerts are always awesome.
