is seidenberg better than any of my starting D??
Seidenberg is on the Waiver Wire... I'm not sure about liles/white/josi... (they are on my team)
AKA: I have really weak D Your help is appreciated. I could also try to trade Okposo and Backstrom to upgrade a DMAN (goligoski.. Giordano).. would that be better?

With all the bonuses for stuff like Hits and Blocks I actually really like Seidenberg. I'd take him over White or Josi.

Seidenberg is going to net you 50-75 extra HITS and blocked shots over the average d-man...so in your format that's like getting an extra 3-5 goals which is not a huge bump but it does help and its a lot more than Liles/White/Josi will get in those cats
