In any league that counts hits but not concussions, Brouwer is clearly to be preferred here. Mueller's got some talent, arguably more offensively than Brouwer, but the risk is vastly excessive.

I personally would move Carle for either one of those guys, that said I like Mueller a lot, if he's healthy he can be the top point getter for the Panthers. When it comes down to guys like Mueller and Brouwer, I'll take the guy with the high end potential (boom/bust), and to me that's Mueller.
