You got an abbudance of quality C's developing here. Most of them are going to be top tier starter C's. On the other hand, you need to fill a void in your top 3-4 out of 6 D spots. Hamilton will do that for you in a couple years. So its a matter of filling up a void with your assets, IMO.

I do agree that you should get more for Grigs since stats like FOW count. If its the initial offer, you should be able to land an extra pick or upgrade somewhere else.

Id do that trade as long as you can squeeze a little bit more.

If you can get a bit more out of it, great, but if not I would still rather have Hamilton straight up. I think he's a better bet to fulfill his potential, and I believe that he will become an absolute stud in time. As DR says, the wait will likely be a bit longer, but it will be worth it, in my opinion. Not to mention the fact that you're in better shape at C than at D.
