Definitely not something I'd put money on, but it's not impossible. He's an elite goaltender.

If they steal him for as little as it sounds like they will steal him for, and manage to make any other moves to make them better *now*, then it's not impossible for Luongo to finish top 10 over W/GAA/SV%/SHO as a whole.

Lundqvist, Quick, Rinne, will almost certainly be above him. Schneider and Rask will likely be, but they're both stepping into a new role with added pressure. Guys like Fleury and Miller can have rough percentages. Who knows if Smith and Lehtonen can repeat last year's performances. Kipper and Brodeur are old. Howard lost Lidstrom. Halak/Elliott is a crapshoot with them splitting duty. Price plays for Montreal. Backstrom struggled at times last year.

I think Luongo would be a Top 10 goalie in Toronto, that's my expectation if he lands there. Top 5 potential is there, and that wouldn't surprise me; at the same time he could be as low as a Top 15. But I defiantly think Top 10 would be a realistic expectation.
