You can offer it as it would be huge win for you but I don't see the other manager accepting the deal. Good luck.

I'm in favour of this trade, obviously, as I'm the one offering it. However, I'm a bit surprised that people think it's so lopsided. Maybe I didn't give enough info? Both me (Granlund & Kuznetsov owner) and the other guy (Landeskog owner) are rebuilding and should be competitive in 2 years. So I'm thinking solely about future performance. Landsekog has more peripherals but I don't expect he will score at the pace of either Grandlund or Kuzentsov. There are KHL & injury risks, I agree. Is this offer really that unfair?

Landeskog all the way for me Zorn - As many have mentioned:
1- Kuz in Russia is a concern 2- Granlund could be a band-aid boy 3- Landeskog is the proven performer, the others are not. 4- Landeskog is a multi-cat stud, the others are not. Also worth considering: Yahoo will peg Grandlund as a C, but I don't know what they'll do with Kuz (I believe he plays RW, but who knows what they'll do). If they also peg him as a C then you have two unproven players at a position where there is an abundance of producing players under this format. Landeskog suits this league nicely in the LW slot. If you were to keep Granlund and Kuz as two keepers, who would you drop from your original list? If you figure that you'd drop one of the two, then I'd view the deal as either Grandlund OR Kuz for Landeskog. If so, it strengthens the argument to go with Landeskog. BY the way... this post made me chuckle as I know the GM: "The other GM is a...*ahem*...Not a very "bright" fantasy hockey GM(to say the least!) " Haha! |

Thanks Bruneau. I was wondering if you'd put you're 2 cents in. A good analysis. I've been surprised more than once by this forum on how other people's opinions differ from mine. I thought I had an ok hockey mind. Maybe not.
