I guess I mean I am not missing it really - I thought I would but the endless nothing coming out of the meetings has me not thinking about it anymore. I am here of course but lately its more for the community than for hockey...I don't even check TSN anymore (hockey is the only sport I pay any attention to) so here is the only place I see anything on the 'talks'.

I am sure once it finally gets settled I will get right back into it.

I find it hilarious that some of you seem to think the player's bargaining position is "worsening"... even though the offer to them has been sweetened with every passing week. Thank god I don't have you guys negotiating my compensation lol

The longer this gets prolonged, the more the onus falls to the owners to find a solution. They will bear more of the brunt - both in the media as well as economically.

Their position is easily wworsening if they continue to quote numbers from last season in terms of expected revenue, as those can quite obviously never be reached. The season is as good as done if that viewpoint continues from the PA. Saying "let's keep negotiating with these imaginary bloated figures" is a complete waste of everyone's time.
