The exorcism of Emily Rose - same line as the original, I seem to remember really liking it.

Disturbing --> Hostel

Terror --> The Strangers

Great Story --> Saw

Favorite as a kid --> Nightmare on Elm Street

There was another one too but I can't remember the name of it. Something about having cameras in a hotel room (no not porn) then terrorizing them. I think it had a well known actor in it too so it may have been a remake.
Was it Vacancy?????

Great categories. Probably one of the better ways of separating the subcatagories.

Movie always freaked me out when I was a kid "The People Under the Stairs"...what was wrong with my mom why she let me watch that lmao

The original Halloween movies 1 & 2 will always be up there for me. Its weird I always have nightmares The Shape is coming after me.

The 1st Paranormal Activity movie, have to admit...scared me lol and I dont get scared really anymore. Took two different girls to see it and both were pretty frightened as well...it was a great date movie!!

Good movie from 2007 called Trick'r Treat was done really well.

Recently, I would say Insidious was probably the creepiest movie I have seen.

Bumped ^

Reading a short story by Stephen King called 1408. Realized that I have seen the movie, it was a good one for a scare. So here is the trailer.

Not many books scare me, but this story has given me the whoolies before bedtime. Check it out.

Boo!

Yeah 1408 was a pretty wild movie - it was a pleasant surprise, Cusack was great, I really like him in a lot of stuff he's done. I have to watch that again, it actually scared me quite a bit which is rare.
