League in sig. These two players are available.....the GM who drafted them forgot to put them on his roster so they're open to being ninja'd.

No time frame, but which one fits my league better? Kerdiles has a little more scoring upside, while Laughton might be slightly closer to the NHL. Kerdiles also has a lot of young players to contend with in that Anaheim system, but I'm still leaning his way at this point.

Anyone else willing to chime in on this?

Philly has a weak prospect pool and Laughton's their best forward prospect (if you don't count Schenn and Couturier as prospects anymore as they've already played a season in NHL). They also need to rely on young guys stepping in on cheap rookie contracts in the next few years so Laughton may have a good chance to become NHL'er sooner than later. He likely won't see any top-6 time for a long time though but could put up decent numbers from the 3rd line. I'd go with Laughton.

Philly always does well with their 1st round picks. They are wacky in terms of their trades and I could see that trend continuing. Considering the opportunities that Couturier and Schenn received last year I can't see Laughton being buried at any point.
