Id start with the rocheforts and if you love them then consider the Westy. I do honestly like the Westy more than any of the rocheforts but at over double the price per bottle (at least where I'm at) and the fact it's only available in a 6er... It does come with glasses though.

If you like the rocheforts a lot though and want to try out the best the Trappist style has to offer, the Westy might be worth it. Only time it's been in North America too so worth stashing some if you like it.

80-Acre Hoppy Wheat, and it is a year-round beer.

If I were planning on drinking several beer I'd prob go 6 or 8 over 10. But sitting down and just savouring a beer - man, that 10 has so many levels and is so damn smooth for the ABV.
Hey I'll get at ya Monday morning to begin this transfer of goods. Probably gonna get some heavy corragated boxes at the local moving company. Bubble wrap too.

I'll shoot ya a pm monday with my email.

Honestly, I'm on a mission to get you some Dogfish Head. Don't really want anything in return, but I'll take a look.

However you wanna do it man. Just don't want to put you out or anything, Especially when base cost of shipping anything over 5 lbs from USA/CAN is $25.

Anyway I'm off to bed. Night gents.

I'm sitting here working on a bottle of Blvd's Saison-Brett, and a question drifted into my head. Those of you who partake of bottle conditioned beers, in particular the 750ml bottles, do you always pour every drop, or do you sink pour the last finger or two containing the yeast remnants?

Just one of those odd thoughts/questions that occasionally roll through my head. I know some people don't like the last yeasty bits, others do. Kinda curious what side you guys come down on. Me personally it depends on the beer. One for sure that I enjoy every bit of is the aforementioned Saison-Brett. You can't be shy about drinking the yeasty bits if your going to tackle that one.

No matter how gingerly you handle it, from the first pour, little bits of the Brettanomyces yeast strain float lazily about in your glass. The first half isn't much, but the second half is positively chock-a-block full of the Brett yeast bits.
