Wade did not have a good season in 2012, but he pitched to the tune of a 2.04 ERA in 2011. Like I said earlier, I expect Toronto to be VERY active in free agency and trades during the off-season. This is a solid, low risk move by Jays management.

Very interesting.
At this stage it doesn't hurt for the Jays to be acquiring arms period. See what sticks in training camp maybe. |

Every little bit helps! And I agree Mac, the Jays should be very active this summer but I feel like in general AA is more active than the majority of GM's out there so this isn't too surprising.

AA had better be working on getting quality arms instead of mediocre ones just to fill the 'pen.
