Is it worth taking Nabokov? Have a feeling they will have a better year, normally I would stay away from them but would like to know what you guys think.

Right now I have Elliot and price on my team.

Goalies get points for games played, wins, s.o, assists.

I might want to shed some cap with price, I think he is great, but the team in front of him isn't, I guess neither are the Islanders. Just looking for further insight into their net minders.

I like Nabokov for next year... but if you're thinking of replacing Price wtih him, don't - keep price.

I will most likely keep price, I like him a lot. But in the cap I would save, I could pick up someone like datsyuk, who, if my math is correct will make up the difference in points for me. More than likely looking for Nabokov to be my third goalie on the bench in case of injury. I have markstrom on my bench too, but not sure if he will play

Yeah Price is going to be a stud for years to come...and even with a mediocre team in front of him he's been pretty good.

Expect Nabby to play 64+ games this season, but don't get rid of Price as Nabokov will only play 2-3 more seasons max.

Nabby would be solid #3 goalie -especially with those stats. He should start a lot games and pick up some wins here and there.

But if picking up Nabby would mean dropping Price, DON'T do it. He's one of the best goalies to own in a keeper league and will be a stud for 10+ years. He's worth whatever he costs in cap space for your team.

I would look at other options to shed cap space then getting rid of Price. Without seeing all the details (league cap, roster, etc) its hard to give any suggestions, but that would be my recommendation.
