Is Tillman joining this group of Hammel, Chen, Britton, Saunders and Gonzalez? I've heard conflicting reports....

I understand why teams that aren't in a race are doing this, but why would the O's? Their staff has been pretty solid and you'd think you'd want to stay on regular rest.
