My league is a ppr and my Wr's are Lloyd, Stevie, DHB and Cobb. This week I'm locking in Stevie as he seems to be my most reliable option. Am I crazy for thinking I should start Cobb over Lloyd this week? Who would you start?

Cobb and Lloyd are close but I would pick Lloyd out of the two.

I'm actually with you - sad as it sounds, I'd start Cobb, too. I think Welker is going to get half the catches this week so he doesn't get a bruised ego. Lloyd may be good for 3 receptions for 90 yards and a possible score, but Cobb seems the safer bet to me.

I like Cobb as well. Might be giving too much too early for the guy, but I agree with the idea that Welker is going to get a ton of action this week.

Lloyd for me.
I thought he did well in Week 1. It's not like every defense in the NFL is going to play the Patriots and NOT key on those TEs. Defenses are going to adjust and start committing to extra coverage on the TEs. The NE WRs are going to be fine. |

Cobb in a PPR. For one, Jennings is doubtful, which means more targets for him. Secondly, GB can't run and they plan to have him in the backfield on third downs. Third, he could return a kick for a TD. Lastly, because of how poor GBs secondary is and how balanced Chi offense is, I expect Chi to move the balk, which means GB will throw more, as if they wouldn't anyway. I really think there will be some points tonight.

I agree. The media has made such a stink about him not doing anything that NE will be sure to get him the ball.
