Sorry I didn't see this in the beginning. Just to be clear - I would keep both Yandle and Carlson over JJ, especially if playoffs are a factor. Elliott isn't ready yet, Martin is blah and forget about Pronger - he's finished.

If playoffs are a factor, why not put Bieksa at the top of the list? 44 pts last season, plus VAN will likely be one of the favs come the post-season crap shoot.

After Bieksa, I'd go with JJ, then EJ (and I'm a big fan of both of these guys).

You may as well plan on replacing Pronger at the draft as well. I don't think there has been any positive news about a return so he is just taking a roster spot.
I would probably go Myers in this situation. Although you say you are not concerned with upside, he should produce in both the regular and playoffs. He is still young for a D man and when his maturity matches his size I think he will be a stud.
And I would stay well clear of Visnovsky. You have to presume that the issue with the trade/mediation is probably going to affect his production.
