Default GIGURRE/NABAKOV

who would you take and why ??---keeper league purposes.

Nabakov seems to be a higher shutout producer--but had seemed to split games/hurt last couple years

Gigurre rock steady

both same year 31 and 30---both have rock steady defenses--both have good offensive teams--

I know last year prior to Toskala getting hurt there was rumblings that Nabakov was going to go

scoring: 2pts for win--1 pt for tie--3 pts for so

I agree, Giguere.

The reasoning as I see it is twofold - first off, Nabokov still needs to prove that he can be an elite goaltender over a full season, without sharing the crease with another able netminder. Secondly, I like Anaheim\'s defensmen better than San Jose\'s, regardless of the Neidermayer situation. They\'ll likely have about the same number of wins, but Giguere\'s liable to have the better stat line.

EDIT: accidentally typed Nabokov in the original post, despite the argument for Giguere. Oops!

I prefer Nabokov. I consider that Giguere is going to slide. He has the contract and so now it is all about \'California dreamin\'.
