I think your starting lineup is great! A top 5 QB, WR, TE, D and Kicker....and then also Andre Johnson (prob top 7) and Richardson could be argued as a top 10 back.

Im just a bit worried about your bench as I feel there is a big drop off from your starting players. If you dont have any injuries then you'll be ok....but that never happens.

You could address your RBs a bit, but I wouldn't drop any of your rostered players for what's available.

Wait until after week one and trade whichever of your WRs has a big week in a package for a RB upgrade.

I'd be looking to package up either Greene (could have a good year with SParanno's offense, but honestly this guy lacks the vision and burst) or preferably SMith (I would start the first offer with him). Smith will have a good first week if LeShoure and Best miss it (last I checked they aren't doing much) and he's an injury waiting to happen

I would package one of them up with any of your WRs, but if its AJ or Nicks I would expect a top tier RB in return. Like whoever you value outside the big 3. I'd be aiming for Murray/DMC/CJ2K/MJD/AD type player

I personally am not high on MJD because of the holdout. But I bet you could get him for cheap if Jennings has a big game (Harvin/Smith cheap perhaps, but I doubt it.)

Trades are hard to recommend because so much depends on the league dynamic/sentiment towards transactions, as well as the other owner.

Your flex should almost always be a RB IMO, and it would make decisions a lot easier if you had an upper echelon guy to slot in beside a rookie and Lynch.
