It's a 2 man race here.

Elliot is the head and shoulders keeper choice here. He's poised to be something special and already showed signs of this prowess last year. That said, a healthy year from Wiz could really make a difference. Like other's have said above, your D is very young and skilled.

Really comes down to your intentions...do you want to nab a long term keeper? then Elliot is your man.

If you want a potential difference maker this year, consider the Wizard.

Thanks for the input guys, I drafted Wisniewski just because I want a guy who will produce more this year. If Elliot is still there in 12 picks time for the final pick of the prospect/FA draft, I'm probably taking him.

The only thing with Wiz is his injury history. If you have an IR spot, he's a great stash. I wouldn't blink an eye though if he were the highest scoring D on your roster this year. I'd be astounded if Elliott did that.
Great advise. Wiz was near the top in PPG among defensemen last year. If he plays more than 40 games he could be a steal. As far as +/- goes, I personally never aim for that category. I just let the chips fall where they will. Its to hard to predict (although with CLS players its much easier).
