I've been trying to trade Green away for draft picks but there is absolutely no interest in him. I think the GMs are scared of his injury history.

Pacioretty is not quite valued enough yet that anyone would keep him over their top 6, so I'm really hoping I can re-draft him again. He actually had more fantasy points than Kane and Parise for me last year!

Thumbs up

Kane might be your weakest link here, but on the flipside his value has never been lower and the possibility of a rebound season is high. Keep him. I think you hit the nail on the head with your keeper list.

Have you looked into what the return would be on Pietrangelo? If you wanted to you could try and trade him and protect Green instead. I think it's worth seeing if there is interest. Also since i don't feel like doing with math what points did your guys finish with last season?

I really like Pietrangelo in both fantasy and in real life so I want him on my team. I could probably get some good value for him but I'd rather keep him.

Here was last year's fantasy point break down for my 6 keepers and the close non-keepers.

1. Lundqvist - 293.20 (62 GP, 4.73 FPPG)
2. Neal - 244.40 (80GP, 3.06 FPPG)
3. Pietrangelo - 199.20 (81 GP, 2.46 FPPG)
4. Pacioretty - 180.60 (79 GP, 2.29 FPPG)
5. Parise - 176.30 (82 GP, 2.15 FPPG)
6. Benn - 174.80 (71 GP, 2.46 FPPG)
7. Kane - 164.30 (82 GP, 2.00 FPPG)
8. Ehrhoff - 118.10 (66 GP, 1.79 FPPG)
9. Kulikov - 96.40 (58 GP, 1.66 FPPG)
10. Green - 40.40 (32 GP, 1.26 FPPG)

Ranking by Fantasy Points Per Game:
1. Lundqvist
2. Neal
3. Pietrangelo
3. Benn
5. Pacioretty
6. Parise
7. Kane
8. Ehrhoff
9. Kulikov
10. Green

Yeah, that 0.5 for PIM is kind of hidden in there but would definately big a big boast for players who chip in above average PIM. I think Kane is the easy drop from this group and I would keep Pacioretty over him.

Although I am a big fan of selling high and as suggested earlier, Parise might fetch something pretty nice.

Yeah the PIMS are a huge factor in our league. Guys like Lucic and Hartnell are some of the top players due to it. In some ways it sucks but other ways it's good because it brings value to guys that normally wouldn't ever be used in a fantasy draft. What I'd like to do it build PIMS around my core guys by targeting players like Wayne Simmonds.

I just can't bring myself to keep Patches over my other guys. He was great for me last year though so I'm hoping his value isn't high among the other GMs and I can draft him again.
