I had the 1st pick in the draft so I took Stamkos and when I saw Ovechkin available in the 2nd round I traded up sending my 2nd and 3rd pick in exchange thier 2nd and 4th. So I drafted Ovechkin in the 2nd Round and Perry in the 4th.

You're killing the draft. You need a higher competition, that's all I can say.

I still can't understand how Perry fell that far. This has to be a multi-cat league as Hartnell went that high so how in the hell did Perry fell to the 4th round? Should have still been a top-10 pick.

It's a multi-cat salary league, that's why Perry went late cause everyone was scared of his UFA status next season. This league is actually a lot more closer than it looks on the surface when you see the rosters of a lot of other teams. I'm pretty sure Derek will not have an easy time running away with it this season.
