Have bought the guide every single year, but not this year I guess.

I attempted to log in when asked to (this is new I guess?) but my hotmail password has changed and I don't remember what was on file at Dobberhockey. So I requested a new password and it said it was sent, but nothing arrived in my inbox. I tried this a couple of times, but still nothing.

So now I am not able to log in or purchase anything

Anyone have this problem? Pretty damn frustrating because I am doing what it requests but nothing happens.
