I'll have to keep an eye out for that Spiced Rum, it's making my mouth fairly water even now. The Irish Cask sounds good as well.

Unfortunately due to work I had to postpone my celebration until today. By the time I rolled out of bed yesterday I was within my company's 8 hour limit. We're prohibited from having any alcohol within 8 hours of reporting for work.

I'll celebrate belatedly with some Deschutes Inversion. I may be a day late, but at least I'm having a top shelf IPA.

Rolling Rock.. haha I almost forgot about that beer.. I went to college where it was brewed (it has since moved).

Proud to say 3 of my tap lines are filled.. just need to brew 1 more and the entire set up is up and running. Trying them next weekend, I can't wait.

My college was close enough that we got Rolling Rock also ("33!). Mostly what I remember was the noticeable smell of corn when you crack open a bottle.

I'm a truck driver. Federal law says you can't consume alcohol four hours prior to starting work, our company just took it a step further and made it eight. That and eight has always been my personal rule anyway.

Ah. that makes a lot of sense! My girlfriend is a Nurse so she never drinks on work days, for good reason!

A bottle of Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti from Great Divide and SRV's Live at the El Mocambo blasting through the home theater.....life doesn't get much than better this does it? Well at least until the puck drops...

A good rule of thumb for sure. Being a teacher, I try to limit my intake to not more than 1 at recess and/or 2 at lunch. I Kid.

On a serious note....3 cheers for the wife who was away in Vegas for a few days with the girls....she brought me back a 6 pack of Blvd Single Wide IPA, and 6 Deschutes Chainbreaker White IPA. Not a huge fan of the Belgian yeast in the Chainbreaker, but they are refreshing in this heat we're having here.
