Default Voracek vs Yakupov vs Jagr

12 team one-year Yahoo league.

G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SOG, W, GAA, Sv%, SHO

Got Voracek as my third RW

Both Jagr and Yakupov have been dropped (!?!) and are on waivers.

Either worth using a waiver on? It's not a high waiver claim, so I won't be losing much.

Thanks.

In a one-year I would stick w/ Voracek instead of Yakupov.

I would try to go after Jagr, but you should show the rest of your roster. There may be a more obvious drop than Voracek.

Funny you mention these guys, I have 2 of the 3 on my team. I just picked up Jagr off the wire this weekend.

I'd take Voracek, then Jagr, then Yaks.

I originally took Voracek because I thought he'd line up with Giroux, but his value takes a hit now that Schenn's the man - if he gets a shot, his value increases again.

I think the fact that this is a shortened season will benefit Jagr immensely... he started the season as a PPG player last year, and then fell off in the 2nd half perhaps due to wear and tear. I didn't catch his 4 point game with the stars, but from what I've heard, he was magic with Eriksson... imagine what it will be like when Benn returns! That powerplay will score a shit load of goals this year.

So votes for Jagr, votes for Voracek. Hmmmm. Thanks for the thoughts.

Rest of my roster is:

C: Getzlaf, Koivu
LW: Datsyuk (c), Flash
RW: Malkin (c), Selanne
D: Chara, Doughty, Kronwall, Green
G: Rask, Halak
Bn: Voracek, J. Schultz, Doan (LW, RW), Niemi

Because of my position balance, I'd prefer to keep Doan over Voracek. Doan is my third LW and fourth RW and figures to get in more games than a pure RW.

Not sure what to do here.
