I just found out that Yahoo hasn't changed any settings regarding the max games played per position. In my rotisserie league, I normally choose 82 games per position and with the shortened season, I would like to set it at 48 games per position.

Unfortunately, the only choices are 65 all the way up to 100 or unlimited. Just thought it was an interesting situation and something owners should be aware of. You might need a little more depth than you are used to and can be less selective about sitting guys.

This article explains how Yahoo! Sports will handle Fantasy Hockey leagues, now that the NHL lockout has ended.

Resolution
With the NHL lockout having recently ended, the NHL has yet to release a 2013 schedule. However, depending on the start date, the NHL anticipates that the season will consist of 48 or 50 games.
Once the 2013 schedule is made official, we will adjust any Fantasy Hockey League settings that need to be adjusted, including the Maximum Games Played setting.
Updated draft and registration schedule:
We are extending registration to March 1, 2013.
Live drafts (and mocks) will end on Feb. 25, 2013.
The trade deadline will default to March 21, 2013. Public leagues that have already drafted are set for a deadline of March 7.
With the NHL lockout over:
We will adjust the game depending on what happens with the lockout and how much the NHL's regular-season schedule is affected.
We will ramp up the number of draft slots in the days before the scheduled season start.
Adjust leagues that use the max games played setting, based on the amount of games that are available.
Pro Leagues:
We will add Pro League draft slots so that players can get teams ready quickly in anticipation of the season.
If you purchased a Pro League team but have yet to draft, your entry fee will remain a credit until after live drafts end for the Fantasy Hockey season (currently scheduled for Feb. 25, 2013). Refunds will then be issued around 2 weeks after that date.
