What is your top 5 D to own in a goal heavy keeper pool with no PIMs.
Forget Karlsson. I want to trade Nail Yakupov for this Dman.
Who should it be? Doughty, Weber or Letang is who I think I'd have a shot at. Peiterangelo is my number 1 pick but he's likely to reject.
thanks

here's a question I am struggling with...

should I trade Stepan/Holtby for Iginla/Brodeur

Obviously, trying to go for it, but it is a keeper league and I hope to contend yearly.

Thanks!!

Hey Angus,
Awesome that your doing this so fast!!!

I have asked the forums at the tail end of last season, but wanted to get your perspective on this list of D, and what order you would draft them in.

1) Faulk
2) Gardiner
3) B.Smith (Full time this year?)
4) Voynov (Full Time This year?)
5) Petry

NATURE X:

here is my rankings:

1) Faulk
2) Smith (definitly if its a keeper league) and yes he will be full time im sure coliacavo is hurt (surprise, surprise)
3)Gardiner
4) Petry
5) Voynov

4 and 5 are pretty close but i gave the edge to petry just due to lack of competition in EDM

Realignment for 2013-2014, yes or no?
Will the previous plan still hold?

I'd draft them in that exact order.

I like stepans upside over iginla's decline in performance. Stepan will play with better linemates as well in new york and on a more potent powerplay.

AS for hottby vs broduer... i read today that broduer inteds to play out the rest of the 2 year contract but that it. I think holtby will be given the oppurtunity to start for the caps with and improved d-core with green and healthy john carlson back in the fold..

long and short is... keep what you got as its probably better now so definitly in 2 years it will be..
