Second, this is a 'when now' trade, as in if you think you can win this season and need a starter to pad your team, then yes this is worth it.

Otherwise keep what you have if you have the patience to wait a couple more season. Ekman-Larsson is being hyped pretty hard right now, while Larsson has been considered (unfairly) as a dissapointment. At the very least, Ekman-Larsson's hype value makes him the most valuable player in this deal
