I think there's some great avatars out there and since hockey talk is down recently I thought this might generate some neat insight about board members. Feel free to explain exactly what your avatar is, (some are obvious I know, but I have no clue what to make of Derek Reese's haha) and maybe why you chose said avatar.

I'll go first;


My avatar is Matt "the rat" Cooke getting knocked out cold by Evander "Holyfield" Kane. And I'm sure 99% of you already knew what it was.


This has to be one of my most favourite moments in hockey and I wish I had Kane on one of my fantasy teams. I also love the story about how after the fight, Lucic texted Kane and more or less thanked him for knocking out the guy the ruined Marc Savard.

My avatar is tied in with my forums name. Its the symbol of the Acadia Axemen, a local university near my home town in Nova Scotia. I am a big supporter of their athletics teams so when I joined these forums I just used their name along with my lucky number for my handle on here.

I just picked out a cute penguin using google pictures & added a P on his chest using "PAINT".
I like him because he's always looking down & to the right (on screen), so it looks like he's all about what he has to say. Cute lil' penguin.

Le Trefle is the French word for Clover. I'm Irish (a bit) and from Quebec.
I used to have an Irish chick as my avatar but with the mega storm about "clean avatars" that occured a few years ago, I changed it to that one saying Le Trefle. I like my avatar.
