Welcome to the Rocky Horror Roto Show - a new one-year rotisserie league for the 2011/12 season. This league comprises of only Dobberhockey members, many of whom you will recognise as being very active on the forums. It will be based on Yahoo, so it won't officially get started until early September when the fantasy site is open for business. There has been plenty of discussion already so it's gearing up to be a good one!

The purpose of creating a thread is to make this league more interactive with the rest of the Dobberhockey community, and allow those managers more active on the forums to trash talk in public!

Once the draft is completed, I will list each team's roster for further analysis, praise or even ridicule! Over the course of the season, I'll update the standings on a regular basis. Most other discussion is fair game, as I want this league to be interactive. However, specific league issues will remain on the league board, as to not exclude those who don't use the forums as often.

I think this is going to be a good league - excellent competition for one, but a nicely designed league as well. Thanks for doing this Horrorfan.

12 team, rotisserie, 82 game max per position: 4C, 4LW, 4RW, 6D, 2G, 5B, 2IR
Scoring (9x4): G, A, +/-, PIM SOG, PPP BS, Hits, FOW, W, SV%, SV, GAA

Draft order randomized by yahoo at time of draft. Draft Date: September 17th, 2011 - just trying to find a suitable draft time was interesting - there are folks from at least 9 different time zones around the world.

Should be fun.

How's this for smack talk? In my first ever year of fantasy hockey (2007) I won the only league I played in, it was a 12 team roto. My hockey knowledge doesn't compare to what it is now, but that's something I can take to the bank .

Oh yeah? Well I have won three of the four roto leagues I've played in, and I finished third in the other one. So there!
