For Luongo I wouldn't give up a lot. They should be thanking me for the contract I take off their hands. So max two middling to high draft picks, a prospect of some renown, and a lesser needed roster player like MacArthur.
For Ryan, i would do what I mused in the ramblings. And I would include Frattin if that's what it took
