Since you know he has some goal scoring talent, it's really more about progression than anything else. The problem is with him having not exceeded the major junior level, it's nearly impossible to tell. IF he rounded himself out, e.g. improved skating, stick handling etc, he could be a definite offensive threat at the NHL level. But if I knew the winning Powerball numbers, I'd buy an NHL team...
