Loving this thread Youngblood. If you don't mind, what are your thoughts on some guys from the 2011 draft class that haven't really taken drastic steps forward this season.

Zack Phillips (MIN) - 2G, 12A and -13 in the AHL
Tomas Jurco (DET) - 6G, 7A and -4 in the AHL
Michael St. Croix (NYR) - 28G, 40A and +22 in WHL.

Phillips and Jurco seem to have struggled adjusting from their stacked QMJHL team to the AHL. Do these players still project as top 6 forwards for their teams? I'm assuming Phillips ETA is closer than Jurco based on how the Wings treat their prospects?

St. Croix isn't scoring at the same pace as he was last year in the WHL. Last year he led this powerhouse in scoring by a fair margin. This year, he is 3rd. Is this due to Henrik Samuelsson coming into his own? Do you see this guy playing in the NHL as a top 6 forward in the future?
