Well I went with the DFH 90 Min IPA tonight and very happy I did. I am a total newbie when it comes to IPAs, but after only a few sips of this, I can totally see myself becoming a hop-whore. Love the boldness of it.
I can absolutely see where you would either love it or hate it. Much like lamb if I were to draw a food analogy. No middle ground w/either.
Luckily I love both and get to experience their unique aromatic qualities. Earthy.

That Espresso Oak Aged Yeti is an excellent breakfast stout. Goes great with any breakfast food, but I tend to prefer it more with savory than sweet fare. I like to let big stouts like that warm a bit, but sample it right after the pour. The espresso is really dominant when it's cold, in my experience. If you like it, go back and grab all you can as that particular Yeti is seasonal.
Speaking of Yeti, the standard year-round variety is a very good stout, and the four seasonals are just as good. The Belgian Style Yeti is on a whole other level.
If you like Tripels try their Orabelle. That's a seasonal as well, but one worth grabbing while it's out.
Their Titan IPA and Hercules Double IPA are among some of the best in those styles.
Also recommend trying the Claymore Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy, Hoss Rye Lager, and Hades Belgian Style Ale.
That's probably half their lineup. Still their one of the best brewers from the Colorado craft beer crowd, which includes some really good brewers. Avery, Ska, Breckenridge, Left Hand, Oskar Blues, New Belgium, Odells, and lots of small brewpubs. Colorado rivals California for the quality of their craft beers.
