Not as high on the alcohol content as most Barleywines, only clocks in at 9.2, but it packs a good hop smack. Very piney hop, with a sweet malt backbone, and in the beginning a taste like rye crackers. That rye taste fades back into the overall flavor as it warms and breathes. Really recommend this one if your looking for something a bit outside the ordinary.
