Given the current state of things, is there any chance he turns it around? Really not sure if I should move him (very little value right now) or try and hold on and hope for a big second half.
Any insight appreciated!

See the separate thread on Pacioretty, where my post discusses Desharnais: http://forums.dobbersports.com/showt...84#post1087684
My feeling is he's going to bounce back, I'd hold onto him, particularly since as you pointed out he has very very little trade value right now - courtesy of both his 5 pts in 13 games start and the fact that he is criminally underrated in fantasy circles (the quietest 60-pt forward in the league last year). How often does a guy who gets 60 points start the next season with something like 45% ownership percentage in CBS?
I don't think Plekanec is the "no 1 C", fact is if anyone's the no 1 C it's Desharnais given that Cole/DD/Pacioretty last year cleary solidified themselves as the no 1 line, problem is the line has started off badly and so ice time is going to other players, including Plekanec. But keep in mind that Plekanec often gets more TOI than Desharnais simply because he plays in more situations, such as PK.
