Posted this in the trade forum, then I remembered this thread was here and thought "hey Dean would be the guy to go to for Gally advice!"
League in sig, a GM has been going bananas over Gally since the draft and pretty much told me to name my price. I said his 1st in 2013 and Ryan Murray would at least be a start. His first could go as high as 1st overall, but is guaranteed no lower than 4th so that gets me into the McKinnon-Drouin-Jones-Barkov tier. I could probably get him to throw in Ryan Sproul or another good prospect as well he's got a legit mancrush on Gally.
But it's hard to move Galchenyuk....I really like him and feel he's going to be a star in the future. Of course those four 2013 players I mentioned above should be stars too, but Gally is at least a little more "known" at this point and he's transitioned very well to the NHL. Please DY, any input?
