Thanks for the advice guys. I went with Fasth for Theodore to complete my Anaheim tandem along with Rask.
Theodore's 4-5 record, with a 3.41 GAA and 0.890 SV% just wasn't cutting it (and yes, I'm aware Hiller is rocking a 3.69 GAA and 0.872 SV%). I took a look at his point totals in my league:
1/19 (CAR): 12.23 (5-1 W) - on my bench
1/21 (OTW): -0.58 (0-4 L) - on my bench
1/24 (OTW): 3.65 (1-3 L)
1/26 (PHI): -4.65 (1-7 L)
1/29 (TB): -3.70 (2-5 L)
1/31 (WPG): 3.95 (6-3 W)
2/3 (BUF): 2.83 (4-3 W)
2/7 (PHI): 7.75 (3-2 W)
2/9 (WSH): -6.40 (0-5 L)
So a grand total of 15.08 points in 9 games (1.68 fantasy points per game). Of course I had Theodore on my bench for his best game of the season, so he's actually given me 3.43 points in 7 games (0.49 fantasy points per game).
Compared to Fasth:
1/26 (NSH): 5.28 (3-2 W)
2/1 (MIN): 8.85 (3-1 W)
2/4 (SJ): 8.63 (2-1 W)
2/6 (COL): 13.98 (3-0 W)
2/8 (DAL): 0.48 (1-3 L)
2/9 (STL): 0.85 (6-5 W)
Total: 38.07 (6.35 fantasy points per game).
I obviously don't expect Fasth to consistently put up numbers like this, but with Anaheim playing well and Florida not, I felt it was better to have both Anaheim goalies instead of trying to guess who would maintain the starting gig in Anaheim and hope Theodore/Florida turned it around.
Thanks again everyone.
