I wouldn´t even consider that offer to be honest. Hossa is 34 at the moment and has allways been close to a pont per game. Age might lower that production a bit within the next 2 years, but he will still be a very solid producer.

I can see the point to trade him to a competing team, but you should ask for a young but still more proven player.
