But I think that is the core of what the coach is trying to accomplish here, he's trying to get them unified as a team because that's how you win championships, you don't win with a bunch of guys all obsessed with themselves, you win with a close knit team that is all on the same page. He probably recognizes that Subban is already somewhat of a chemistry problem in the locker room so he's seeking to move past that and get all the guys on the same page. Its Draconian and excessive I agree but considering what a mess the team was last year, I don't disagree with him in this situation
Agree with this in many ways, and completely appreciate where Therrien is coming from.

Subban will probably be too paranoid to celebrate anything soon.
