I absolutely agree with this advice, only be careful how you define "best." You want not only the best players in the league now, but also those who will be in the top eight soon. Evaluating that potential and aligning the ratio of those two groups with your strategy is key. That's one more reason we could use more information: do you hope to win this year? More emphasis on next year?
