Default Words that just don't go together

Saw these two tweets from the Dallas Stars PR department....

There is a slight problem with the Team plane. As a precaution, the club will stay in Detroit overnight and head back to Dallas Wednesday.

The problem occurred after de-icing. A valve for one of the engines malfunctioned. The team is safe and staying at a hotel near Detroit.
Now first off it's great news that the problem was caught before the plane ever took off and that everybody is safe and sound.

But the point of this thread is this, words like slight problem, airplane, and engine don't belong together in the same sentence....

There is no such thing as a slight problem with an airplane engine.
