Fantasy - I don't see the upside. Not high upside. Steady 40 points, but may take two years to get there. That said, he was on my radar. But not over Josi or Ellis.
I think he's the perfect fit for their power play. Maybe he isn't ready to be a big decision-maker but his big righty shot fits perfectly with their power play scheme. Now maybe that changes with Muller in there full time but the Hurricanes don't have anyone better.
